We love to build well crafted, practical spaces 

Before we ever started building vans, craftsmanship was already at the center of our lives. I spent seven years working in a boatyard on Whidbey Island Washington refinishing Grand Banks yachts, learning high-end woodworking, precision joinery, and the kind of refined finish work that holds up in demanding, real-world conditions. That foundation in quality and durability now guides everything we create in our van builds.

​Travel has always been our shared passion. From the day we met, we’ve been on the move—selling our first home and heading out on a year-long journey through Central and South America, New Zealand, and Australia. Along the way, we added a two-month bikepacking expedition through Chile, along with several bickpacking trips across Mexico, deepening our love for slow travel and rugged, off-grid adventure.

When we eventually returned to the U.S., we settled in Joseph, Oregon, but never stopped exploring. We’ve traveled coast to coast, across the heartland and the southwest, and most recently took our wanderlust to the water—purchasing a 34-foot sailboat, sailing around Vancouver Island, and cruising down the West Coast into the Sea of Cortez..

Years of life on the road, trail, and ocean have taught us what truly matters in a living space: thoughtful layouts, durable craftsmanship, and an inviting place to rest after long days of adventure. Those experiences inspire every van we build today.

And of course our Mini Aussie Nico—our loyal trail buddy, co-pilot, and shop supervisor.
